You can do both of them only if you hate yourself.
No, they give you an ARX disk as a "bonus". All the workouts that use ARX have it at the end of the video so just keep watching and that's all you need to do. |

Hi
I just finished my first week,got my butt kicked but I love it! I dont think I can follow the diet though as I dont really eat that much. I have lost 33 pounds over the last year and a half and now I want to tone and lose inches.I love Lean Cuisine,Smart Ones,and Healthy Choice meals.I pretty much eat smart and have dropped red meat(1 yr) and pork from my diet(5 mos). Is it ok to continue with these entrees for the most part? |

i was wondering if i can do ab ripper x to get quicker results in my stomach area. i have been doing p90x for 1month and 2wks and would like to see results in this area. do you guys think 5 days out of a week is okay and rest two?

Unfortunately you can't target specific areas. Doing ARX more than 3 times a week will more than likely weaken the area. You need time to recover after it. You should already be doing 4 ab workouts a week as it is, 3 ARX and 1 Yoga Belly 7. Just keep up the work and you'll see the results you want. Your gut is the last to go though.
