I will be done with week 3 today and will move into the recovery week. I have definitly lost weight. I noticed that I don't feel stronger with pull ups which is odd since we do so many. My arms have gotten smaller, but I'm hoping thats just bc of fat loss. I've been following the diet, and I have a fast metabolism so I'm wondering if I should eat more in phase 2?.....I've heard others in here who had results say they followed the phase I diet the entire time.

Should I expect to quit losing so much weight and pack on some upper body strength in phase II? I know phase I is the "fat shredder" phase, I'm hoping my body is just reacting the way it is supposed to? Just a little worried as it took a lot of time and pain to build the muscle I had before P90X.

Any thoughts are much appreciated.
