As a 58 year old male with a total hip replacement is there anything to concern myself if I wanted to start the P90X program. surgery in 2006 and all appears well.

I would say just go as hard as you can, but know when to back off if you feel discomfort. You know your own body better than anyone else.
Good luck! |

plyo and legs & back would be my concerns; but shouldnt be a problem. you MAY even want to get clearance from your doc first beforehand tho.
but you figure, in the lastest infomercial, the one guy had titanium rods inserted into his spine, and completed the 90 days. so i would suspect you'd be ok! |
