Hey all i was going to begin on Monday July 20 but unforseen circumstances made me delay my starting journey to the p90x program. I'm going to be starting on July 27 so if there are any takers to join along for the ride please post up here info your stats and well start a support group. Dont really want to start now because i know i wont work out on Sundays. Well I'm a male 5'7 and i weight 140. Not really looking to lose weight but to gain muscle and get more defined. I'm doing classic and doing the level 1. Thinking about doing the portions food plan because meal plan has too many different ingrdients and dont really think i can keep up with it. I'm drinking a protein shake called Elite and its a low cal and sugar high protein shake and cliff bars as a snack. I dont want to take any of those 300 cal bars that are high in sugar and what not. probably going to mix chocolate milk and the actual protein shake after workouts and later on during the day. well let me know! good luck everybody!

Hey. I was going to make my own thread, but I saw yours, lol.
My name is Shawn. I am currently 19. I am 5'5 and I weigh 165 give or take a few. I have done P90x before but I stopped because of school and I got sick. I hit the 30 day mark, and I began feeling sick and school finals were around that time as well. I don't have a recovery drink like the p90x one, but I am drinking Optimum 100% Whey Protein powder with Organic Soy milk and cinnamon. Snacks... cheese stick? |

Hey is started about a week ago. Im doing the weight workouts the same at P90x program but all the other days except sunday are long run cardio/interval training days. But im 20 5'5 and 175 so i am in the same boat as you haha.

Ya I mean I love working out and being active. Ive always been stocky so i have a lot of muscle and am not really looking to really lose alot and do a big transformation haha. Just touch ups.

well i already did day one but the 27th will only be day 5 for me so i would love to join up in a group. im male 6'3" and 260 so i got a lot of work to do. if you wanna keep chatting, either on her or msn is fine. im always logged into msn though. My name is Mike currently i am on the muscle asylum projects supplements and they are working great (arson is the fat burner, altered state is the No2, and freake fix is the protein) anyway, hit me up!
