Thanks again for the replies guys! I wish I could get 8 hours of sleep in as well, but my schedule is just really hectic lately. I usually take an hour or two nap before bed though, so we'll see how it goes.
As for going to the gym twice a week, I mostly go with my girlfriend and I'll be taking it really easy since I'm starting P90X. Most likely just walking on the treadmill and stretching and stuff. She's usually there for an hour or so. I'm not planning on doing any more lifting or intense workouts anymore at the gym for the time being. Thanks for the replies!! HI
I would not eat before you do any of these workouts because they are intense and you will vomit. Im on my 4th week and before this I was running 7 days a week 3-5 a day and wieght training 3 times a week and it still kicked my butt. As for sleep I think you will find you will need more sleep that 6 hours. Hope that helps and good luck!! |
