Great job Chuck! You and JB helped me too! Look at that body fat % go down! Thats amazing. I want to get down to around 15% or so as well, maybe in round 2! Would like to see you post a pic here and/or in the before & after section. Congrats!

Chuck,
Those are great results!!!! Fantastic work. I bet it feels great to be over with the program and looking at a maintenance phase for a bit. Both you and Robert were fantastic with keeping me accountable and motivated. We were a great team. Thank you very much. If you guys want to go again let me know. Look me up on Facebook if you get a chance. JB |

Hey guys. Just a post update...
I've been able to maintain my weight 1-1/2 weeks after finishing P90X. Been sticking to my diet most of the time and have occasionally allowed myself to eat small amounts of "other foods" in moderation. Im confident that staying at my current weight will not be a problem! This program really changed my life. Im more active and health conscience now. Ive been alternating pushups and unassisted pullups daily. Im doing max rep for 2 sets. On pushups I started w/ 30 reps and now Im at 33 reps. On unassisted pullups, I started w/ 4-5 reps for both pullup and reverse grip. Yesterday I did 8 reps! UNASSISTED! Im shocked! This is the most I've done in my life and it feels great lol. Wide grip is a different story, I barely do 1 rep. Its very difficult! Robert |
