[b]Been trying to keep up with the meals over here, lol. Started off with an egg white omelette mixed in with turkey, spinach and swiss cheese, with 2 wheat toaste in peanut butter. Had a grape fruit for a snack and had a oven roasted chicken breast (foot long) as subway for lunch. I think the diet is def. going to be my biggest obstacle......that and working out tonight in 40 degree weather : / . But I gotta do what I gotta do.........hope all of you are doing good with the diet! good luck everyone!

Dcandeles.. Just a trick for your cold weather workout.. Make sure you warm up good first and don't stand around.. If you slow down at all you're at a much higher risk of cramping. Good luck though and way to bring it even with tough obstacles..

Well I was suppose to join the Jan 4th group but had some technology blocks so I plan on getting my first workout in today. I started the program back in Nov. but due to the holidays and basketball season(i'm a high school coach) I kind of fell off after 3 weeks. But I plan on getting everything organized and finishing this time. Might have to switch to morning workouts ,which sucks, but gotta do what I gotta do.

I'm on day 2 today.... who has done the workout for their day 1? It was pretty tough...but I didn't get quite the workout I should've because I don't have a pull-up bar yet... going to get one tonight... any ideas on what is a good pull up bar??

Egg white omelette with green peppers and part skim mozzarella cheese.
Non-fat plain yogurt and a banana for snack. Cucumber and tuna salad for lunch. Not sure what my next snack will be since I didn't get my protein bars yesterday. Chicken stir fry for dinner. Workout is scheduled for this evening. Can't wait to bring it. |
