[b]Hey guys, wasnt able to start last night due to the cold weather (though it warmed up to 60 degrees over here so Im good to go now). So I oficially have made Monday's my rest day (or stretch day) for P90. It was originally going to be Sunday's but after football season I don't have much to do so might aswell fill up an hour of my day with P90x. So I'll post how I do after the Chest/Back/Abs routine.....
Also got flag football tonight so wonder if thats going to cut into my recovery time.......or make Plyo an even bigger FML. Anyone posting before pics???? |

Finished the chest and back routine last night and I could barely get through it. On some exercises (like diamond pushups and decline pushups) I couldn't even do 1 rep. I kept trying and trying but I would just collapse on the way down.
I guess I just have to keep going and eventually I'll be able to get through the whole routine. |

You guys ar eall doing well. Just have to keep working..
Outtashape you should look over your diet too. It sounds a lot like you bonked out. How long before you worked out did you eat and what did you eat. Also with plyo you could have eaten to close to the workout and that could have made you sick. Although symptons seem to point towards eating to far in advance and not having the fuel. For something like plyo I try to time my meal just about 1 hr before the workout .. That way the meal isnt heavy in my stomach but i can still call on a lot of that fuel. I started with chest/back and ab ripper last night.
Could not do one pull up and had to do my push ups on my knees. Didn't make it thru the second part of chest/back and could only do some of the ab exercises. I did use a chair for the pull ups. I'm not giving up, it will just get better. I wrote everything down and am looking forward to getting stronger with each week. Man, I'm sore too!! I just haven't used my muscles like that in over three years. I brought it and it kicked my butt! |

LOL - i'm so sore too. . .and out of shape. . .i know the people in the video have been doing this for much longer, but when i saw that girl saying, "i'm doing 20. . .i'm doing 25, i'm doing 30!!!" I felt like the weakest man on earth
