I was part of the Nov. 9th group originally but to be honest with Thanksgiving, X-mas, my birthday, about 4 other close friends/families b-days, a friend coming into town from serving in Iraq for a month, a friend leaving at the end of the month, it was waaaaaaaaay too much. I credit all the people that stuck with the Nov.9th group.

So I decided to give my body a vacation, I use to lift weights regularly but I do know that once you start a brand new routine, the first 2 weeks is when you really notice a difference and you plateau abit. So I decided to take a vacation from the gym, eat whatever I want, etc...

Jan 11th Im going to start this back up and as I saw with the Nov. 9th group, having partners really helps in motivation and etc...., so if anyone is interested, more than welcomed!

There are quite a few people starting the week of January 4th if you're interested in bumping it up a week. Nevertheless you can still post in there as we will still be pretty close in progress.

If I don't have my DVD and pull up bar in time to start on the 4th I will start up on the 11th with ya.

I ordered my program yesterday and they said 5-7 days so... am not even sure if they will be here by the 11th, But if they do ill be more than happy to start with this group.

Just ordered everything this weekend to start on the 11th (as long as it gets here by then!) I have a couple of friends that are starting as well. Looking forward to keeping each other motivated!!!
