I have been doing a pretty good job of keeping up with the exercises. I missed a few a couple weeks back to do illness but that's about it. I have pretty much gone off the diet and that's probably why I can't get rid of this last bit of belly fat, but as far as I'm concerned I am looking waaaay better than I did when I started. I am down roughly 15lbs. I am bringin it extra hard this week as I am leaving for Hawaii next Tuesday! I can't wait. Instead of doing the break week dvd's I will be hiking, swimming, etc for my exercise. When I get back from Hawaii I will definitely be starting the program over from day 1. I want to stay in shape and not get fat ever again. I'm debating whether or not I should take my 90 day photos before or after Hawaii. Maybe I'll do both.

Yes do both. I went to gym today and got measured. I will start tomorrow, I think.

Hey guys... how's it goin? After Hawaii I totally quit P90x and started eating like fast food 3 times a day. Needless to say I got hella fat again and after a year I got sick of it. Up to 190lbs!! Yikes.. Anyway, I started P90x again last week so I'm BRINGIN IT! once again. How's the rest of the crew doing?

Pearljammer, whats up buddy? I am still doing the routine about 3 times a week. The diet not so much. I am with a group called "march 1st whos with me"...something like that. Actually a lot of the same people are doing this other site and they talk all the time. They are in week 4, but I am about 2 weeks behind anyway...sick and stuff like that. Come join us. I usually give advice and encourage everyone. Try to tell them Rome was not built in a day. Ok, here is the site. See you there.

Hey guys in still working out maybe not as hard but at least consistent. I never followed a diet just watching portions and keeping around 5-6 meals a day. I did 3 rounds of P90X follow one round of Insanity and now I am doing hybrid workout. I am not loosing weight but keeping my form fairly steady and my cardio / core never been better. Keep pushing play wenever you can:angry:
