I'm thinking of redoing fase 1 again, since for the past 21 days, I got back in shape. Now, I think I can do it again only more X like lol.

I don't mind redoing it, but would that mess up the whole muscle confusion? What do you guys think.

Nooooo!!!! Remember you are trying to bring the element of muscle confusion! Keep going, if you want to go for another round then do so after your 90 days. You'll see better results, I promise.

I also just finished the first 3 weeks - some X-like, some not. I'm going to move forward and then at the end of 90 days do it again and hopefully days 90-180 will be a much higher level of reps, weight, and intensity.

Agreed!

You'll be doing the Phase 1 workouts again in Phase 3 regardless. You can bring your X-Game then! And in Phase 2!!

The workout guide says to do every phase no more than 6 weeks. So, if you wanted to you could really down 2 more weeks of phase 1, but I just move to the next one and then start another round after your 90 days are up.
