TOPIC: shoulder question, making a noise and pop

shoulder question, making a noise and pop 3 years, 1 month ago #7663

When I do the shoulder workout, or even just do shoulder rolls forward, I get this crunchy, popping feeling in my shoulder. It's where my front deltoid meets the pec, right below the right collar bone. I know it's the tendon, and it only happens during the part of the roll where my shoulders are forward and going down. It's audible, and sometimes it's almost painful. Anybody else have this, and do you know what to do about it?

I have something similiar that happens in my ankles. What it is acutally is nitrogen in the joint changing form or a tendon rubbing. I was told if its painless nothing to worry about. Pain might want to see a doctor.

My shoulder popped playing golf in late October and has bothered me quite a bit during this first week. I havent had any problem completing the routines, and Im hoping the workouts will act as a re-hab process. Im going to give it one more week, and if there is continuous pain, then Im heading straight for the doc.
