What is a good shoe to wear while doing P90X especially the Plyo routine. I'm wearing my walking shoes and I don't think there is enough support for all the jumping around. I've done 4 half marathons and my feet don't hurt like they do after Plyo video. Thanks.

I wear my jogging shoes. I think cross-trainers would be better suited, but sometimes you have to work with what you have.

Don't wear any shoes. I could wow you with a bunch of links to research about barefoot being better than wearing shoes, but I'll let you do it. Goodle it.

Either running or basketball shoes, or barefoot.

I usually don't wear shoes with any of the workouts. It is actually better for your feet and balance. But some kind of training shoe. One I like is the Nike Free. Its almost like your are wearing just a sock. But I don't recomend basketball shoes, they are huge, bulky, and most weigh a ton.

Yeah i go barefoot in my workouts except for ARX(extra work with the weight of shoes). I have been looking into Vibram FiveFingers, and probably will purchase them sometime soon.
