I wanna run a roll call to see who has lost what. I want to know what I have to look forward to. I know this program isnt exactly for fat burning but I am sure there are some good weight loss stories out there. let me know

This program is actually heavily based on fat burning. There's entire phase in the diet plan for shredding fat. Anyways..I started out at 197.2 and I'm going into Phase 2 week 2 at 184 as of this morning (before breakfast and lunch, mind you).

my fault. alot of things I have read have been about muscle building and toning. i am glad to hear i made the right choice

Started program at 198.9. Now entering week 4 I'm at 188.7. This program is no joke.

I also forgot to mention that I broke the diet on a few occasion. Now, realistically I'm probably not a true 184..more around 186 or 187, but considering I've built muscle and haven't followed the diet exactly as recommended I'd say 10 lbs. of body fat isn't too shabby for about a month and a half.
