I wanna run a roll call to see who has lost what. I want to know what I have to look forward to. I know this program isnt exactly for fat burning but I am sure there are some good weight loss stories out there. let me know

This program is actually heavily based on fat burning. There's entire phase in the diet plan for shredding fat. Anyways..I started out at 197.2 and I'm going into Phase 2 week 2 at 184 as of this morning (before breakfast and lunch, mind you).

my fault. alot of things I have read have been about muscle building and toning. i am glad to hear i made the right choice

I also forgot to mention that I broke the diet on a few occasion. Now, realistically I'm probably not a true 184..more around 186 or 187, but considering I've built muscle and haven't followed the diet exactly as recommended I'd say 10 lbs. of body fat isn't too shabby for about a month and a half.

I started at 330 and this morning weighed 310.5
It should be noted that I am doing the workouts, but not the nutrition plan.
80.5 lbs to go!

I've lost 8 lbs since starting. I was 181 lbs and have been doing this for 3 weeks now.

Actually, that's where I've been stuck. I got to 310 and went back up to 314, then 312... I've been 310-314 for 3 weeks now. I decided to change the way I was eating and go for a low-carb option rather than trying to cut calories. Hopefully this will help.
I'd really like to be under 300 by the end of October. We'll see.
I like this thread... wish more people would reply with their successes.

I didn't even try to lose wight in this program since I started the program at 170. But that still didn't stop me from going all the way down to 157 after the 90 days. I am doing p90x+ now and have lost another few pound to 154. My BF is around 13 percent so I don't have far to go before I start on a mass building program. Cutting is almost over - itll be nice to eat more food and gain some weight!

ive actually gained weight. but lost BF% so in effect im losing fat and gaining muscle.........nice

I'm ending week 2.
After 1st week I lost 3-4% body fat, but gained 1.5-2 lbs. So I'm actually more excited to lose that much body fat in 1 week! Plus, it's really exciting to see that P90X (the lean version mind you) can cause someone to gain that much muscle in just one week. Lets keep going!

I am on my 3rd day of week three and I have almost lost 15 pounds so far. I am not following the nutrition plan, but just being sensible about things....good amounts of protein, carbs, and lots LOTS LOTS of EFA'S!! I am also taking Lipo 6 by Nutrex which is probably the most potent fat burner out there. Everyone is noticing and I feel born again !
