TOPIC: Restart

Well,

I did 10 straight days and then had a conflict week/weekend. I missed 4 days in a row.

I did very for the the exercises and the diet. But all got blown away this weekend.

My wife is doing some of the workouts with me and she suggested I just restart at day 1.

...and I think I might.

This gives me a better start at what I am doing for the exersices. I have to admitt the first time thru I was stubbling around a bit...so this could help.

Thoughts?

i think i agree with your wife. if you "only" got through 10 days, might as well just take it from the top.
