Does anyone have extra fitness and nutritional guides ? I bought the DVD and got just those, no guides. Can I get copies. Is that illegal ??

It's not illegal to make copies of your stuff. that is if you don't mind copying page by page

Some people have the guides here in .pdf format. Search the forums, I believe someone made a post about it not too too long ago. You could also probably find them online somewhere if you look hard enough.

yeah I found it. but the link is not valid anymore. it says the files are deleted. Did anyone get a copy for themself that I can get ? thanQ

usually just read the forum,but thought i might be able to help out in this area, so i signed up. http://maggiewang.com/2007/03/07/p90x-log-sheets-and-calendar-download this has a link to pdf files for all the p90x stuff hope this helps
