I'm a 27 year old former US Marine. After the military, I've settled into a less active lifestyle as a college student but I am still good physical condition. I do weight training but am lacking in the cardio department.
I have the P90X program on loan from one of my active duty buddies who is currently deployed. Initially, I had only wanted the Ab Ripper but he insisted that I'd love the complete series since it is very similar to the physical training we used to do.
It seems like you have a very supportive online community and I am very excited to get things started. After purchasing a few things this week (heart rate monitor, resistance cords w/ door anchor) I will be ready to begin training.
My goals are to:
drop down to about 14% bodyfat (current 20.2%)
develop a more defined abdominal area
stay motivated and have fun while training
