You will feel sore for a while. That's good, that means it's working.

Most people say working out in the morning is the best. For me, I did most of my workouts at night just because of my schedule. If you can do it in the morning by all means do it.

Don't worry about the soreness. If you keep at it you actually like the soreness.

It doesn't matter what time you workout, but If you workout at night you should try to put some time in between drinking the recovery drink and sleeping. And as for faster recovery, although it is true that being sore is a good sign that it's working, there are things you can do to help. Go to my blog at http://p90xworkouts.blogspot.com/ and look at the How To Get Best Results With P90x Page. Follow the advice on this page and you should def. be able to tell a difference.

I think i all depends on how much you previously worked out. i have been working out consistently for the past year but not at p90x level. I stated p90x this monday and even with working out prior to this i have been sore. After yoga i felt a lot better, lots of good stretches. Your body will start to recover faster but the purpose of this program is to never adapt so be ready for 90 days of sore muscles.
