I guess my main question is... do u do one exercise from each dvd everyday or what? I've been interested in the program for awhile just a little unclear on how it works . My Profile Pic is how i USED to look... i wanna get back there and a little more.

yep, about an hour every day and you must follow the diet plan. it will kick your butt..........but in 90 days it wuill be worth it.

Like big foot said, about an hour a day. There are multiple workouts including original, doubles, and lean. Just pick the one you want to use and follow that plan.
