Space Requirements 4 Months ago Karma: 0
This is to any and all? What kind of space requirements are needed for the doing the exercises. I have seen from some of the infomercial that looks like a room will do but space is tight in my house want to make sure I can do this without re arranging furniture daily.

Thanks

I'd say you probably need an 8x8' space. The move that I think takes up the most room is when you pretend to be jumping through 4 big tires then back-pedal 6 steps. Also the one where you jump over the creek takes a little space. Some moves take 2 lunges forward then turn around and 2 lunges back. It's pretty small space friendly.
