Order Placed 4 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello again,

I have placed my order. Expecting shipment in 5-7 days. If someone can tell me about space needed to do the routines I would appreciated it. Thank you for all your support and help in advance.

Kelly

Well congratulations and welcome to P90X.

As far as space requirements. You do not need much. I would say about 10 square feet would suffice.

astonishingly a small amount of space. Take 3 steps one side andabout 6 steps backwards and thats about as much room you need. Make sure you get s chin up bar. I did arms/and sholders for the first time. I really went hard. Im so happy I bought those bowflex adjustable dumbells. Being able to change those wieghts to keep up was a godsend.
