Hi Everyone,

This last weekend I did the underwater bodyfat test which can accurately get your body fat to decimal points. Bascially the premise is fat floats and muscle sinks so based on a calculation between your weight under water versus your weight out of water you can determine your bodyfat.

Well let me be the first to say that p90x works since after 6 months of this stuff my bodyfat is down to 8.6 percent (started at 25%)!! I still have more work to do since I now want to increase my muscle mass but at least I get to increase my calories!
