Tired 4 Months ago Karma: -1
I am in my 3rd week of phase one, did plyo last night and now today i have shoulders and arms(or whatever it is called). Question is simple, i am just plain tired. Im not exhausted from workouts, i have just been tired all day long...I am hitting my calories just fine, if anything i need to lessen the carbs..Should i just man up and deal with it or take a day off and continue later on...It is flu season around here, perhaps i am getting sick...?...

I have this problem too, especially if I change my diet. I'm hypoglycemic and I get dog tired if I let my blood sugar get low. I doubt if this is what is affecting you, but if it continues, it's worth going to a doctor and getting a checkup. Not trying to scare you I promise!

I am keeping an eye on it.

We had a bit of cheescake ice cream hiding in the freezer, so i figured why not have a serving (i needed the extra fat anyway!!!!!) Anyway tonight i had a ton of energy for my workout, felt really good....Not sure if the sugar rush did it, or it was all in my head, but hey it felt good to push hard!

I went through a short phase of general tiredness around the 2-3 week mark also. Recovery week is there for a reason . I feel much better in phase 2.

I think it is a normal response from your body adapting to your new activity levels and diet.

I've experienced the same so far. I was pretty tired my first three weeks, but I'm feeling much better now in my 4th week.
