Nice job Robert!! Those results are fantastic... and I'd definitely call it down 4 pants sizes

I've just finished my phase 2 recovery week. Stretch tomorrow and phase 3 on Thursday! I was told twice last week that I look "jacked". Made me happy to say the least. It's funny, when your body is changing slowly you don't really realize it looking at yourself every day but when someone sees you for the first time in weeks they notice right away.

Can't wait to bring it for phase 3 and finish strong! Keep up the great work all!

Thank you Kevin (moderator) for fixing page 10 of this topic.

Alobar, good job! You'll see the difference on your photos of day 1 and day 90. I compared my day 1 to day 60 and wow I had a bulging firestone tire ready to burst . Keep it up!

JB, Im had the same results on chest/back. I blew away my weeks 1,2,3 reps and weights. I could not believe I was able to do 30 pushups with good form! I was also able to dive bombers and decline pushups. It was very encouraging that i showed signs of improvement.

Just checking in. Robert your results sound great. I have roughly the same type of results so far. I'll formerly post my results on day 60. I'm still behind you guys by a week. I can't wait to see how I'll do on the first workout of phase III. Enjoying my down week, even YOGA has become easier and I have held the Crane for over 10 secs.

Hey Y'all! On vacation and enjoying time on the lake. The workouts and diet has been so so, but I am doing my best. Did chest, tris and bis today with my wife. First time I have worked out with someone. I have to say, I really enjoyed it. Skeptical at first...but really enjoyable. She was working hard...and so was I.

Re:Starting June 6th 7 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 2
Sunday's weigh-in showed only 0.5lb loss for week 9. My diet was off. Ive been eating more qty lately and went out to eat 2-3 times. Ill have to control my intake, reduce calories and eat lean. Gotta stay focused.

Starting week 10 today. Its great that each week in phase 3 is going to be a change up. Gives a bit of variety.

Robert, I'm having the same slow results in the last 3-4 weeks. My diet is not as disciplined as it was in the beginning. I am blowing the workouts away though. Reps and weight are increased by a ton from the first few weeks. My shoulders, arms, chest, and abs are more defined. This last phase is more fun than the first couple so far. I can't believe I'm on the home stretch.

Greetings from vacation! To Mississippi...up to Michigan....to Pennsylvania and now in Maryland. The diet and workouts suffered horribly...lots of excuses. I have hit a couple workouts and some running. Will restart week 9 the day I get back. Ugh!!!!!! I am in for the long haul and not too stressed out. The vacation was planned at the most inopportune time in the program. I see you guys are kicking butt! Keep it up!!!

Wow covering the whole USA? Have fun! Sounds like a good idea to restart the week 9 again. Try to get back on track.

Im eating more salad this week and I think its helping. I dont feel as bloated as before. Pretty sure its trimming some calories/fat. Also on my recovery drink, Ive been using 1 cup of low fat milk w/ chocolate whey protein. It just tastes great like chocolate milk, but I decided to trim more calories/fat by switching to water. It still tastes decent. I add some strawberries and banana to help the taste. That should cut around 100-200 calories a day since I drink it once or twice a day. Im pretty sure this saving will add up each week.... month etc....

Howdy All! I'm with you Robert, eating more salad this week too. I've been bad with my veggie intake recently, and I'm adding wheat grass juice to my daily regimen. Doesn't really add any calories, but it's packed with veggie-riffic nutrients.

Started week 10 yesterday! Still pushing play every day, haven't skipped a beat yet. Weight is coming off slowly but surely. I'm down a total of 12 lbs now... I just wish this stomach fat would come off already! I know it's a big improvement from 10 weeks ago, but I'm greedy and impatient

"Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was your body."

Keep up the good fight!

Started week 10 today and it felt great. I increased reps and weight on almost evry exercise. My results for day 60 were 17 lbs weight loss(208 to 191) and 20% bodyfat. I'm enjoying the workouts more than ever. I actually am thinking it will be hard to stop. They've become part of my day now.

Good job Alobar! I can see youre trimming the fat around the belly. I have similar results. Ill post mine when I finish 90 days.

Hope everyone is doing good on their diet and workout! It's feeling great knowing were almost finished with this round. Only 2 weeks of strength training left.... Ill be glad to do the very last plyo and ABX! Week 11 progress, still pumping out more reps and weights which is always encouraging. On the heavy pants, lawnmowers, im maxing out my 40lb weights. I never thought I would need more... Ill have to purchase more weights when I get to round 2.

Good luck all!

In Shoulders and arms, is the flip grip twist tricep kickback rep count each time you push the weight back or is it counted when you do both palm facing up and down?

I've been counting it as 1 rep per kickback, not 1 rep per 2 kickbacks.

Re:Starting June 6th 6 Months, 4 Weeks ago Karma: 2
I noticed they were using i believe 20lbs and tony was saying thats a lot of weights. Im jumping into 25lbs and Im passing the 8-10rep count....thats why i questioned it. It might make sense to count 1 for every 2 kickbacks, that would mean i would struggle with 20lbs.

Robert, I've been counting one kickback equals one rep as well.

Finishing up week 10 today. Hard to believe just three weeks left. I am closing in on 20 lbs weight loss. I'm not sure how I'm going to handle not having an exercise schedule to go by . I would like to continue to incorporate some of the workouts in my future.

Hey Chuck! Yes it feels great to be almost finished. Ive been feeling more motivated to get through the workouts. Consistently each week, the workouts seem to get getting easier. I think were about the same on the weight loss. After week 10, I lost 17lbs. Hopefully by the end, it would be 20-25lbs total loss. That would be awesome!

Are you guys are facebook? It would be a good way to keep in touch after were done with this round. You can hit me up here: http://www.facebook.com/foxer10

You guys are rocking it! Fantastic results! Woohoooo! The two week vacation killed my workout motivation so I will begin again. I am figuring that since I am looking for long term results that I will re-start the whole program from day 1....Plus, I have an extra benefit. My wife started the lean version a couple weeks behind me and wants to give the classic a go. We are going to start today...together. Looking forward to rocking the program...again.
