I would not buy anything from GNC, way way way to much! Bodybuilding.com will have it at your door in 3 days. Some GNCs will price match BB.com it does help, to save money. just some some quick info.

oh day 7 on P90x. Should I do the work out, or yoga? I really wanna be able to finish the yoga! lol

No problems for me, but I just by whey protein there. It costs the same at the grocery store down the street, so buying it from GNC the first 10 days of the month will save me 20% compared to the store.

Afraid I can't speak for most of their other stock in terms of price. And the GNC store is 10 minutes from my house. If I need it quick (and I usually do) I can't beat it.

Im in Richmond, next to Vancouver. I didn't want to wait 2 weeks for it to show up from Beach Body, so I bought my Whey Powder and Protein bars from GNC. That is awesome, I love it out West...sooo gorgeous!!! Too bad all the flights around Canada are so expensive or I would be there more often. Yeah I saved money on the gold card too, it cost me $10 and I have already saved tons of money. But then, sometimes I think, is it a gimic? I mean, do they hike up the price of their items and then everyone thinks they are "saving" with the gold card? I know shoppers drug mart does that and it drives me nuts. It's not a "sale" if that is the normal cost at any other store!!!

hey guys, just finished my second day. got through pylo at my own pace but didnt flop on the form. MAN PYLOS JUST KILLS YOU! im going to get some whey protein mix and was wondering what kinds of multi vitamins yoiu guys take if any. thanks !

GNC has a great vitamin powder that you can add to your shake. Thats what I use.

Mens one a day. Or if your hard core Animol pak! lol
