Re-arranging the schedule 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Hey everyone.
1st off, Will be starting the P90X on Monday the 26th. My wife and I will be doing the Lean version. If there is anyone wanting to start on that date, let me know and we can help one another along.

Now, my question.
On the lean version, it has you doing Yoga X on thursdays. We do our workouts during our lunch times and Yoga X is going to push the time limit too far.

Does anyone know of issues with swapping Kempo X from Sat to Thur and then doing Yoga X on Saturdays?

Thanks
Tater

I would think that you would be cool doing that. Cardio for Cardio should be cool. I would try to avoid cardio for strength as you would be doing weights 2 days in a row (along with ab ripper)

The way things are going for me right now, I may have to join you on that start date. It's very frustrating when things don't go accordingly.

have you thought about splitting up your yoga workout, and do the 2nd half on Sundays.
