questions about stopping.. 3 Months ago Karma: 0
i just order the p90x and it should be here by the middle of next week.

what do you do if you have to miss a day or two of training? do you just keep the schedule the following day or do you just skip that workout and proceed?

also, i know around day 60 or so, i am going out of the country for 2 weeks where i will not be able to use it. what do i do when i come back? do i pick up where i left off or do i repeat the previous cycle?

thanks and sorry for the lam-o questions...

Take some bands with you.

I'm hoping that I don't have to skip any days, but if I do I will do the workouts in the order. In other words, I would finish all 90 workouts in however many days it took.

i am in the same boat but right now.

I am just getting over a bug. Last workout was saturday.

Wondering if I should continue in order or just start week3 over again.

But to answer your question.....bring the bands and the dvds. You can do it in a hotel room.

I am going to the JERZEE shore sept 6-20. Bringing tony with me!!!

It really is up to you. Although the system is set up with 90 days in mind, set schedule, etc, etc, you're certainly free to modify things to suit your schedule. Lately my life has been really hectic, and working out every night hasn't been possible. Rather than skipping missed workouts and moving on to keep to the weekly schedule, I've shifted things so that I don't miss any individual workout. Each "week" or "phase" ends up being longer, but I don't miss anything this way.

If you just miss one workout in a week, then you can certainly make it up on the "rest" day or shift everything over one day. As for the two week break, I would probably repeat whatever week I was on before I left when I got back, and then just go forward from there.
