This recovery week has been a nice change, Core Synergistics is killer, but I'm ready to get back to the strength workouts and up the intensity next week for Phase 2!

I am on Week 6. Actually, it's week 7 but I was on a mission trip in Jamaica last week and did not get to Bring it at all there (outside of the construction work we were doing). Additionally, our diet I bet was 80% carbs -- lots of white rice and beans. Ugh! Anyway, I decided to repeat week 6 instead of calling it week 7.
I must say that I trimmed up much more on the Fat Shredder phase of the meal plan more so than the second phase. I only did Fat Shredder for 7 days and lost 4-5 lbs. On the next phase I've lost about a pound a week. I am tempted to give Fat Shredder another week soon.
