One Major Question Before I start P90X 5 Months ago Karma: 0
The only time I will have is in the mornings during the weekdays, and according to the meal plans I have to heat a rather large breakfast, so my question is with P90X do I eat breakfast before or after workout and if before how long must I wait unitl I can begin my workout.

I'd say eat after.
Wait at least an hour after eating before doing Plyo or you'll hurl.

breakfast about an hour AFTER work out. Fat is stored energy, so your body will burn more fat rather than the food you have JUST eaten.

Recovery drink immediately after workout, then breakfast an hour later.

i'm with the others, eat after. BUT, you may want to have somethign quick before your workout. it all depends on how you handle it. see what works for you. if you find yourself dragging through the workout when not eating anything first, then maybe have a protein shake first.

then as some have suggested, recovery drink after the workout, then breakfast about an hour later.
