hey all,

new member here.. for the past 3-4 weeks ive been eyeing p90x afte ra coworker introduced me to it.
so i brought it!!!

and if anyone else is going to start on monday, lemme know!!

wouldnt mind a work out buddy.

currently, as of today.. i weigh in at 180, with 20% body fat!

Good luck hotabs!!! Well instead of luck you're gonna need a lot of commitment and determination, make sure to follow the nutrition plan and take some kind of recovery drink. Also don't forget to take the fit test, get measurements and most importantly take your pic's. I'm sure you're gonna wanna see the improvements visually. Keep pushing play and don't give up if you push hard enough and eat right people will notice the difference in you in 2 weeks trust me, that serves as big motivation to keep pushing. Welcome to the p90x family man wish you the best, p90x is simply the best... BRING IT!!!!!!!

your kinda of like me..

I plan to start monday, but if something happens (not going to the store for grocery) or something, I will start NEXT monday then.

But I also weigh 180-185. Normally I weigh 185lbs.

SORRY ALL, SCRATCH THAT OUT, I STARTED TODAY. 9/3/2009

and wowww chest and back were kinda hard, but i already hit the gym, so it was doable.. BUT WOW THE AB RIPPER LOL

that workout kicked my butt!!

i can barely move my legs/thighs and when im lying down i gotta roll around to stand up!

I LOVE THIS FEELING!!!

i still dont get why ppl quit after a month.. thats a shame.

im gonna keep going at this no matter what, and if im feeling lazy to do p90 that day, im gonna hit the gym!!

HERE I COME BEACH BODY~~

Awesome, I also started on Aug 31 - and man this first week was a struggle for me. During jr and sr high I played a lot of soccer and icehockey, but then during college I became too much of a couch potato and indulged a little too much unhealthy stuff.
But I finally came around last weekend to clean out my shelves and stocked up on all this healthy stuff instead. However, as hard as the first few days were to stay clear of candy and sodas I must say that this food plan is starting to make more and more sense (even after just one week).
Hopefully next week won´t be as much of a shocker as the first one, I could hardly get out of bed; instead I had to roll out due to the super sore ab and back muscles.
Let´s bring it then, and looking forward to the finish line and hopefully some pleasing results!
