SORRY ALL, SCRATCH THAT OUT, I STARTED TODAY. 9/3/2009
and wowww chest and back were kinda hard, but i already hit the gym, so it was doable.. BUT WOW THE AB RIPPER LOL
that workout kicked my butt!!
i can barely move my legs/thighs and when im lying down i gotta roll around to stand up!
I LOVE THIS FEELING!!!
i still dont get why ppl quit after a month.. thats a shame.
im gonna keep going at this no matter what, and if im feeling lazy to do p90 that day, im gonna hit the gym!!
