gc i took the photos too and have put it up in the forum... not sure if you have solved the side by side problem yet but tought i'd tell you how i did it... it went a little like this...

took the photos,
insert two or more photos in powerpoint if you have it,
put two side by side align it too the way you like it (also you could add text above the photos if you like i didnt bother),
select both together and right click Grouping -> Group (if you have added text make sure you select it to make it as a group, if you dont do this the text wont appear on the image)
select the file, right click 'save as picture'
select the desitination and save as a jpg format
once this is done you should have two side by side as one file
now to resize this image i selected the image then opened with microsoft office picture manager...
in here you can select multiple pictures and resize at once with the same parametres...
click on edit pictures -> resize -> now you can either chose 'predifined width or height' or 'percentage of original width & height' on the right hand side... i went with % to keep the dimensions the same as existing... once you have selected check that the pictures are under a 100kb if so upload...

to upload create a new thread, select file to upload and click on to place it where ever you like in the post... then submit.. unfortunately you can only upload one picture at a time so just create a reply to add others ... i noticed this with pauly's pictures so did the same..

Hope that was helpful... this seems a bit long winded but is fairly easy if you have the two programs... if you have office you should... it could be easier in photoshop if you have it i didnt...

I think i have rambled on enough... wait to c everyones achievements.. i beleive we have all achieved something or another from these 30 days so far

I get your feeling, I thought the same thing but then your comment just made me feel a whole lot better! I bet you once you put it side by side you'll get a high from the difference.. I did a little bit... more importantly the comments made me feel a lot better.... hows this week going so far? my arms work out was poor last night but definetly felt the burn... i keep on thinking it was weak due to the low numbers on weights but i guess i have to start somewhere...

Nitsy, I just cant get with it! I'll probably just replace it with Cardio X permanently because I feel like I'm sorely lacking sufficient cardio anyway. That can only be good...

I looked at my photos...I see a very slight change in my belly. *blah*

Nice tips nitsy thanks a bunch..

And JJ how well are you keepin with the dieting? Not eating before bed? Cut down some carbs for protein? Can always add stretch instead of cardio since it seems you want to lean out. Just remember it is a multi part program. It isn't just a diet or just an exercise routine. It's a total body altering program. Have faith it is working and it will. Keep bringing it.

Re:Oct 18/19 Group! 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Yea my diet is not bad ... more protein than anything, and I try to get the carbs right after workout.

It's just that I'm not getting the metabolism boost that I got when I lost 20 lbs in 3 months like I did a couple of years ago. Back then, I was doing cardio 4-5 times a week and moderate lifting 3x a week. I'm eating breakfast, snacks, small meals, etc but it's not boosting. I felt a small boost at the beginning but it has trailed off somewhere.

I'm just gonna incorporate cardio (running) back into my regimen a couple of times a week. It can't hurt based on what I'm used to doing.

It's only been a month tho don't forget that. What p90X does is put a large amount of muscle on you quick then it burns off the fat in phase 2. Don't overtrain though since it will give you the opposite results.

I have no idea of your size or anything and it seems like you are trying to cut down on a lot of fat which is what i did the first time around. I kept my caloric intake to around 1500. My protein/carb/fat ratio to around 60/30/10. Make sure you take your supplements or it can a bit dicy. I was 6'3 252 last time I started and i dropped to 218 in phase 2.
