Geo411m and koolq76: Great results both of you, well done!

Bought 4x5kg plates today to hopefully help me fully 'Bring IT!' next phase . And some coconut oil today, anybody used it before and can suggest some nice foods to cook with it. One of the fitness magazines recommended it.

good results whip... it really shows on stomach. thats wat i need more results in the belly area... i get lazy on do ab ripper x...and i eat too much junk food.

so today i did phase 2 day 1... it was different. i expected more. my shoulders felt it more than my tris or chest... but it was more of a learning process of the exercises than going totally hardcore. had to feel em out.

clark, same thing for me! The chest,shoulders & triceps workout really worked the shoulders and tris....but I did not feel the chest so much.

Pretty hard set of exercises...but at least there's no pull-ups!

did back and biceps...the corn cob pull up were hard... and then when it came to max pullup.. i could barely get myself up. it was a good workout.

I'm still in the group. I missed a day sometime last week and punished myself by doing an extra week. I'm in the recovery week now.

nope...still here.
Back and biceps today was intense! Like you clark I was beat towards the end and could barely lift myself up.

Was at Atlantic city for 2 days did plyo and kempo while I was there. I think I'm gonna redo this week. Felt like somethings missing and I cheated alot with my diet. Those free buffets and beatiful desserts just kills me.

Still can't get rid of those stuborn fat round my waist. Gonna try doing lots of cardio.
Oh well if 90 days won't do it then I'll go for 90 more days only the next 90 days will be p90x plus.

Ur right I've been doing lots of sit up with weights at the gym. My abs are hard but the fat is covering it. I don't follow the diet plan but I'm eating with discretion. My first 30 days not bread, rice or pasta. Phase 2 I kind of let some rice in my system. I guess I need more cardio. It's really hard to just rely on Veg and fruits for energy
