Monday - Chest and back (hate it)
Tuesday - Plyometrics
Wednesday - Shoulders and arms
Thursday - Plyometrics
Friday - PLyo or cardio - yet to decide
Saturday - Kenpo x
Sunday - rest or plyo if im up to it.maybe something lighter like carido or kenpo.
what do you think of that? Will i loose wiehgt even if its not a strict diet (in sense)?
I think you would lose weight but you should consider following the diet to ensure maximum weight lose.
Alright guys, I just finished chest and back and I must say it has become my favorite workout. I feel so much stronger already. I did like 110 push-ups and 60 pull-ups. I also increase both my weight and reps on the weight exercises. I cant wait to do them again. Now if only there was a way to enjoy yoga the world would be my oyster. See you all tomorrow.
