I can eat meat, but maybe twice a week, every day would be real torture. I like fish much more...don't drink any protein shakes.
I will try to insert more soy, broccoli, low fat yogurt, white eggs, tofu...
And have one more question.
if I combine food as they recommended in 'Phase 1 - portion plan', I have to eat 5 protein 'units' per day...so, can I eat broccoli, yogurt as protein, though they are not listed as proteins?
