Hey guys. I kinda started yesterday, i mean i completed core synergistics (very poorly i might add, only finished about 50% of the routines) but i hate it. core synergistics sucks. So im thinking of switching fomr lean to classic, so today im going to attempt the classic first day, chest and back. Going to go do ti right now, seeya, and wish me luck, im so out of shape haha.

ugh....did Plyo today! My groin and inner thigh is KILLING ME!!!
I didn't find any particular exercise overly difficult but all of them together makes for one monster workout! The hardest for me was the forward leap frogs...woah! I thought frog legs would be easy for me since I'm french!

Can't wait to do shoulders and arms tomorrow!

To everyone: Let's keep this going strong!!!

Re:oct 12th group.. 5 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0
So i did chest and back, and boy o boy did it kill me. I ended up in a pile of sweat on the mat, and literally left it ont he mat as they say.

I found myself not doing quite abit compared to standars i thought i could reach, but i did notcie an imrpovement in strength somehow, as i can do 4 more pushups than i could the day before, weird huh. I was on my knees for the most part, but im sure that will change with time. My lower abs are absolutely killing from core synergistics yesterday, which made the pullups really difficult cause i used the chair. im dissapointed with the amount i could do, but not wiht my effort, also my diet went a little of rail today. Altogether;

Morning snack; apple

Midday snack; Beans

dinner; 2 chicken breast with mashed potatoes and tomato sauce (low in fat, who would have guess!)and after, i dug my finger into a jar of choc spread, only a fingerful mind you, but still felt guilty haha. had a little cheese also, and thats it. Not to bad i guess.

PLyometrics tomorrow, looking forward to burning some calories, and by some i mean alot.

Form now on, im going to go on a very low carb low fat diet, which is what ive "kinda" beeen doing, but i think im going to take it extreme and snack on veg that is micowaved form frozen, nice and easy, and furit, with my usual main meal being eithr fish of chickenbreast with baked beans and veg, or even add in some tuna.

I get veyr hungry int he nights, so im thinking i might just throw some veg in the micro and much on that. what dso you think guys and gals?

One more thing, dont worry its almost over reading hell huh! lol.

I really odn tfeel like im on a strict diet, or training regime. I feel im eating helathier, yes, but not extremely healthier. and i ever SKIPPED abripper x!!! i am planning on doing cardio x instead, would that be ok? my girlfriend came over and well...we got carried away so i didnt have time. i feel like im going to have to go extreme to feel content wiht myself.

Did my Plyo last night around 7pm. I agree with whiplash none of the exercises were too hard but it combined really makes you tired. By the last 10 mins I could hardly get off the ground (1in maybe). Ready for todays workout. Good luck to all and stay committed.

How did you guys all find Arms & Shoulders? Found it quite challenging myself, but I bring that down to deciding to eat afterwards (3.30pm). Should of ate much before, made it very hard.

just finished Arms & Shoulders! i really liked it. i think next time i will try to lift a lot more weight. i really underestimated the amount that i can lift.

i guess carrying around a 3 yr old and a baby made me stronger! lol...

going to do ab ripper 200. my stomach is so weak from having a baby in july so i can't do much of the ab ripper x.

good luck everyone!

Done plyometrics earlier, i agree none of the excerises except an ocasional few were too hard, but i definately felt it in the legs and i was drenched in sweat. Im going to try this first week now, and if i dont like some routines i will replace them with plyo for loads of weight loss. The worst so far for me was chest and back, only cause ive let myself go so weak. but i really can feel my chest much harder and tighter and its only the first time round, maybe i should tak eit a little asy as im sore to hell and back heh.

Agree. Arms weren't bad but my legs are hurting so it made up the difference.

By the way, I'm so glad i have the bowflex tech select. i was able to switch weight really quick and easy with them. Especially because my biceps are stronger than my triceps because of my past injury. Again, highly recommended.

Arms and shoulders was great!

I do 8-12 reps mostly...except when Tony tells me otherwise (hehe...I'm such a teacher's pet )

My legs were also killing me from plyo yesterday.

Did anyone else feel stiff in the traps after tonight? Maybe my form wasn't right on some of the exercises.
