i really didn't eat much today but i feel very heavy !

i think i need to eat more protein ?

How much Protein should i eat

i am 4"11 and weight in at 180


I would really appreciate you guys input

Hey guys yesterday I diodnt really prepare food.....I kinda underate and felt it during the workout....I didnt have as much energy...I still did it and did my best...I got a good sweat....Im getting better at ab ripper x too....

i was looking through the nutrition guide and it says that 50% of your diet in phase I should be protein..30% carbs..and 20% fat.
it didnt say the exact amount u should have but during phase I (fat shredder) you should cut down on carbs.
there are ratios out there that tell how much u should have for what you are trying to accomplish like 1.5gms per pound ..etc.. but that is up to figure out depending on what you are trying to do. and if your just trying to lose weight i would first cut out the carbs and fat.. those are the big things that will help shredd some weight.
but this is just my opinion..in no way im a doctor...so talk to yours and do some research...

Getting ready to do plyo!!! YEAH!!!!

Yesterday's Chest & Back was much better. I can do more than I could the previous two weeks. I still suck at pull-ups though, and decline push-ups. Getting better at them though,,,,even had improvement on the Divebombers!

Keep up the good work!!

It is said that you should consume .75 to 1 g of protein per pound of body weight. So in your case that means 135g to 180g.

Plyo done! w00t! got a bit woozy, took a sip of recovery drink and kept on pushing! feeling really good now! weighed in this morning at 173lbs. 9 lbs already! wow. Feeling more energetic and less tired throughout he workdays too!

Hope everyone had a good workout!

Just finished plyo and it was hard. My legs are my much weaker body part. I manage to finish the workout but i'm drenched in sweat and completely drained. Alright everyone, see you tomorrow.

Plyo out the way.. ready for shoulders & Arms tomorrow.. was looking at next week of recovery week and doing Yoga X twice that week.. ugggghh lol

hi guys!
just finished shoulders & arms (my favorite!) and going to do abs next. i think i'll probably be extending phase 1 by another week. didn't really "bring it" this week. i only got through half of chest/back and didn't really do plyo as well as i could. i need to get the kinks worked out in my schedule....

hope everyone is doing well!

I could of done better. I kind of cheated once or twice with my diet. Hope I can have better progress on phase 2.. Good luck to you all and I can't wait to see your 30 day progress..
