I had a crazy busy day yesterday...got home at around 10 p.m.....started doing arms and shoulders and stopped halfway....I was too tired....went right to bed....So I made yesterday my rest day....Im a bring it today on shoulders and arms and abs....ill catch up with you guys by Monday for recovery week.....I definitely need to get my mind focused on doing the workouts....getting my mind prepared is important for me...I havent weighted myself...im going to weight myself at the end of recovery week....

wow!! great pictures koolq!!!

just finshed yoga... i'm actually starting to like it now. i do the one on one fountain of youth dvd. it's about 45 min long but just as hard....

I haven't done a session of yoga at all. Instead I replaced it with cardiox and strech x. I know Tony says in a video to not replace it but I really hate it. It's way to long and I don't feel like I'm burning as much calories as kempo or cardio workouts. My friend replaced yoga with strechx also and he's doing fine. He's done with the 90 days and he's doing p90x plus.

Ok just got home from at 10 hours bartending shift, my legs are killing me from standing all nite. Since I'm in ny and the ny Yankees are playing the world seires it crazy busy. It's my yoga day but it always replace it with a cardio disc. This te I will give yoga a try, since my legs are killing me from work. I have tried it once and hated it so much I almost threw the DVD out the window. I will see if I'll get use to yoga like I did with plyo, wish me luck.

took a rest day yesterday so it's legs and back this morning. hopefully i can fit in kenpo x this afternoon so i can have a rest day tomorrow...

I skipped kempo yesterday due to an extra hour at work from daylight saving time. Worked an 11 hour shift and was way too tired. So today I made it up on my rest day with cardio x and kempo back to back. Woke up feeling weak but my body caught up after yoga warm ups. How's everybody doing haven't seen any new post from u guys yet.

I havent done anyhthing the last two days, yesterday was my rest day and today ive been busy.


Im very likely altering the p90x routine, see my post in the excercise section for it.

Did Kenpo X yesterday and today is my rest day.. im ready for recovery week.. looking at the schedule really thinking of taking Yoga out and replacing it with Plyo i know people said you NEED it.. its just so dreadful for me lol

I also haven't done anything in the last two days. As a child, I was in a accident and had my legs broken and my right leg has been causing me extreme pain since Wednesday. I tried to ignore it but by Friday (I did chest and back btw since I couldn't do legs) it was really unbearable so I took Saturday off and Sunday is already a rest day. I'm going to redo last week so I don't feel like I really did my best due to my pain. Also, I will be replacing plyo since that's what caused my leg pain in the first place. Hope every one else is doing better than I am.

I know what you mean bout yoga dude, it sucks especially when u have to do it twice on recovery week. Sick of those stupid warriors poses. I only like the balancing and those core ab iso holds at the end. And what sup with the corspe pose and those stupid humming sounds they do at the end. Just replace it with strech x. Don't think it's a must to do yoga. My friend finish the 90 days and never did a single yoga and he's fit as a fiddle like Tony says.

Thanks for the best wishes guys. Yes we know it's a boy. My first son is currently 3 so it should be a whole lot of fun from here till 20 years from now.

kool had some good results for 30days... thats the kinda stuff im hoping for.

anyone else seeing results whether its on the scale or just the mirror? i've noticed my shoulders comin into form better and my back gettin those muscles that i've never seen bfore..

yeah...I've dropped 10 pounds and my waist has shrunk...pants that were getting tight are now loose again...

Did Core Synergistics for the first time today. WOW its a great workout was dripping by the end of it. A little tip: Wear shoes I usually don't like to but they helped alow with expercises such as "Reach High and Under Push ups"

Yes,,,Core Synergistics was not as bad as I thought it would be. I wasn't wearing shoes during the warm-up, but noticed that they were all wearing them. So before the exercises started I threw mine on.

I also was pretty drained afterward,,,,,out of recovery drink right now. Instead I am just using whey powder. I figure it's better than nothing.
