O.K i'm going to ask short and simple bc my computer keeps on messing up on me and this would be the 3rd time typing this out LOL

1)P90x recovery formula is stated as being a 30 day supply but only 26 packs come in the whole package. Are we suppose to not take a recovery drink on our stretch/rest days. (I always do the stretch dvd)

2)Multivitamin when should i take it, before, after or towards the mid afternoon. (Taking into account that i do p90x in the morning LEAN version. And on my cardio days i add my interval training in the evenings)

3) Got the disks from a good friend but no nutritional plan. I gathered stuff here and their. I'm only missing Phase 3 level 1 nutrion ratios.

You know the # of squares in front of:
protein
carbs
vegies
fruit ect. ect. ect.


aleady this better not mess up tired of retyping this thanks in advance to all who answer my questions.

1. Recovery drink is only taken on workout days not on strech or rest
2. Take vitamin after cause ur body needs it for recovery
3. I don't really follow the diet plan. Just use ur own discretion while eating. Stay away from pasta, bread and rice.
