Maybe a stupid question... 5 Months ago Karma: 0
I know this might be a dumb question, but is it necessary to do the ab ripper x right after your weight training routines? If you're running late in the morning and you only have time to do the weight training, for example.

Thanks!

No u don't have to do it back to back but make sure u do it that same day. I usually do the regular and ab ripper when I have extra time.

I agree with koolq. Not immediately after...but you should do it at some point that day.

Many people find they prefer doing ARX before the requisite resitence w/o as they run out of steam and/or motivation on ARX otherwise.
If time is your problem though that wouldn't save you any.
Just don't skip it.

The first time i tried doing it right after the chest and back and couldn't do it. I work out first thing in the morning before work. Not enough time to do both. So I started doing it at night when I got home from work. I found I had more energy to do the abs and all of the reps as well.
