I'm dying! 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 7
I've swapped a few days in my schedule, so instead of plyo on Tues, I'm resting, and instead of yoga on Thursday, I'm doing plyo and yoga on Sunday. That just works out better for me. So last night was my 2nd workout of the week and I thought I was going to die when I got to ARX. My abs were still so sore from Monday, I felt like little elves lit a blowtorch in there. Don't get me wrong, it's a good sore and I love it, but at the same time I am VERY disgusted with myself. 4 months ago I was ripping through the whole video no problem, my pants were getting big, I was getting fit. Now I'm struggling to get through 1/2 of the video, I'm outgrowing my clothes and I feel like crap. I was so proud of myself and worked so hard to get where I was only to have my emotions get the best of me and lead me to stop my healthy lifestyle. I know I can get there again, it's just going to take twice as long since I am the heaviest I have been in years.

hang in there. you'll get back, and then more. i did the exact thing when i finished my first round. i slacked off for 5 months, and became a fat blob again! got back on the wagon and not only did i match what i did the first time, but surpassed it (both in the workout, and my physique!). dont let it discourage you!

In my opinion, you're doing too many workouts on Day 7. Try replacing Plyo with Cardio X and doing it on Day 2. that way you're resting in Day 4 & doing Yoga X on Day 7. Then when you get back into it, replace Cardio X with Plyo and jump till you can't anymore!

You misunderstood me. I'm resting on day 2 instead of plyo, doing plyo on day 4 instead of yoga and doing yoga on day 7 instead of rest. There is no way I would do plyo and yoga on the same day. I once did plyo and kenpo back to back and thought I was going to die. I've done cardio x and to me, it's a pretty weak video. I need the challenge that is plyo...I have a love/hate relationship with that one. I hate it because it's so hard, but I love it because I'm dripping wet and exhausted when I'm done.
