Well, I did the Chest and Back today (doing P90x Classic). OMG I am still shaking. The only thing I would like to know is if I am supposed to do the Ab Ripper X right after. I tried and could barely do anything. Also, I have attached a meal log that I did on Excel so that I could have more room than what was in the book. Enjoy!

Just about everyone here does the Ab Ripper thing differently. I usually do my workout in the AM, and Abs after work. For me it is timing. I also found that I can keep better form if I have that little bit of rest.

I agree, I do my main workout in the early AM and Ab's in the evening. I want to make sure Im not too tierd and give the gut my total concentration
