I started P90X 09-21-09 and all I can say is, I did not realize that it would be this intense! I got through day 1 and I was a little upset that I had to stop and take many breaks! I barely made it through ARX

Today I did shoulders & arms and then ARX and got through the shoulders & arms ok, but then came ARX and once again I struggled! Does anyone have any tips that could help me maybe survive ARX, I do not want to give up but this is very discouraging. I am also wondering should I maybe start week 1 over and try to learn the ARX technique a little better? Any advice would be helpful!
