Day 2-I HATE PLYO 6 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0  
Well, I knew it was too good to be true when I survived day one. I have not hit pause so many times in a workout in my life. I know tomorrow I will be crying for mercy. On to the recovery drink and ICU.

Stick with it and don't let that workout get you discouraged. That's one heck of a workout. I'm in great aerobic shape to begin with, and that workout had me gasping too.

Be sure to be careful going up and down steps tomorrow. If your calves and hamstrings are burning, you might want to avoid them.

You'll get there- you've got 88 days to get better.

Keep up the great work! I am on week 3 and it's hard work out, but I am getting better at it. So will you. Hang in there and great job today

I used to hate plyo but now it is my favorite. I was determined that it was not going to overcome me. But I still hate yoga, I find it boring Keep bringing it and you will see that you will get used to it.
