day 39 I think we did back and Biceps. We took the kids to the swimming pool for about 4 hours and then went home to work out. I did my best.... I was very drained... Caught my second wind later in the evening so we took a walk around the neighborhood. Very peaceful day.

Yoga X
Getting better with the Crane in that I can get one foot off the floor.
Starting to do Table and the Shoulder Stands.
I love to get all those Vinyasa exercises out the way. Half moon etc. The bit where Tony says 'that's the hard part out the way ... kinda'. that gives me a second wind
Diet's going well.
Feeling good today.
Keep bringing it ... esp you Yoga-haters!!

Hello there,
Sorry for not being up-to date with my posts, had some really good tiem in the last few days- Canoeing, Go Karting, Bowling and Canada Day-
Happy Canada Day 
SO I am in my 4th day (X stretch) of my Recovery week, can't wait to get the after pics and the measurements..
I hope everyone did great in their first month  Just curious hows the second phase coming along??

2nd phase is going well. The new workouts shake you up as they are different. Look for the Plyo Push Up, One Arm P)ush Up, corn Cob Chin Ups.
I have found Yoga and AbRipperX easier. The former from having done it twice last week. The latter benefited from the Core sessions, in my opinion.

I have enjoyed following your thread. I am five days behind you guys and check in on what is going on with your posts. Helps me mentally prepare for the pending pain. Lol....

Day 33:
Legs and back and AbRipperX
Was very hyper after Yoga yesterday. Felt very relaxed and positive ... but then I woke up this morning and felt shattered
So I really had to push myself ... but once again I feel it was worth it as I feel good. It's like P90x wakes me up.
Did better at all exercises. I was able to use the Bowflex's on the legs for the first time and that added to the session.
I think having not done the leg exercises in 2 weeks made it feel like a whole new session. I guess that's what they mean by muscle confusion.
Diet ... all good.

We had to skip our workout last night, due to a previous engamgement, so we'll be making it up on Sunday. We wanted to go the local 4th celebration tonight so we did Legs and Back early. Its quite a different experience when the kids are awake and asking a ton of question while we're trying to work out. But we got through it. I actually did 5 unassisted pullups. So that was a bit accomplishment for me. Now grated they weren't all at one time, but I'm getting there.
Hope everyone has a good holiday, for those of us celebrating. Sorry Mig, no day off work for you.

As mentioned before I love this session. My favorite out of the P90x dvd's.
Had my weekly cheat day yesterday ... and felt awful. Not just the guilt but also felt lethargic when I woke up. I feel that's a good sign though.
Anyway KenpoX felt great and has put me right.
Today I felt like I was punching and kicking better. Finally know when to look back and forward for the knuckles, front kick, back kick routine.
Even my jumping jacks and x moves were better.
Good session.
Have a great 4th July folks.

Day 36:
What a struggle today was ... but I still got there.
I didn't want to get up this morning and have felt lethargic all day.
I was naughty yesterday and had some Chinese. Not good. I will now not have another cheat day for 2 weeks.
Chest Shoulders and Tri's
Was able to get through more exercises. Plyo push up and One Arm push ups are still a no-no for me.
AbripperX
Not as good as last weeks improvements but I was starting to feel shattered at the end of this one.
Not great ... but still pushed play which is the main thing.

Yeah today was rough around here as well. I had the day off and worked around the house all day. So when it was time to work out I was pooped from the chores I'd been doing. I sucked it up and finished, but it was a rough one.
Well hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Was hard as I didn't sleep too well ... but I felt I made some advances on this session.
I work out in the garage and the washing machine was on ... how to add heat to a sweaty workout!!!

So i started phase 2 yesterday with Chest, shoulders, Tri's and I dont think it was a bad start at all. There is quite a variation from phase 1 and of all the exercises, one arm push up was the toughest (2 push ups only)..
ABX- did 320 and felt awesmoe, but still struggling with fifer scissors, just can't hold on to it..
Diet is going well, except few cheat days here and there :-D
I want to post after pics but I accidentally deleted my before pics stored on the phone   but for sure i can see the results...
PS: I just bought Powerblock Dumbbells ranging from 5LB-50LB for $CDN 320- I'd highly recommend it if your planning to buy more weights.

Plyo was good tonight. We tried to keep up with Tony and crew and wow did we have a good workout. I don't think I've ever sweat so hard. But it felt good.
I could have use a double of recover drink tonight.
Ang, we all have those days. This afternoon I was so hungry and I was out of snacks at my desk. I ended up bumb'n a protein bar from my buddy and having a few woppers.

Finished with Backs and Biceps in the morning and I think I am really loving the workout,I could feel the burn as I have started to increase the weights in Phase 2..
ABX- will do in the evening.
Diet's been good today- 4 egg whites and vegie's, wheat muffin, recovery drink, protein shake, cottage cheese and mandarins and its only 12:45PM.
Burn it!
