Haven't heard of any updates recently..hope everyone's on the track and working towards their goal..
Its CST + ABX today- I could only finish the ABX workout in the morning due to lack of time.Will do CST in the evening

Still bringing it.. But had a busy weekend. I ended up going to bed early on Friday work up around 6 and did L&B+ARX. Then kenpo later that night.
Sunday was a big cheat day for us. We had my nephew's and my Bday party so it was cake, cake and more cake. How can you resist an Elmo birthday cake. and oh the cookie monster cup cakes. I did say no to the soda and stuck with water, if there was any good to come of it.
Back on track for today...Hope everyone is still keep it up.

Anyway, i'm back and I pressed play today and it nearly killed me. I got through it and once again appreciate why I should be doing P90x.
Back on the block but feel  that I have cocked up a whole week. No exercise and bad diet.

Hi! I haven't been on in a while. Still pushing play! We are in week 8 now. I have been eating clean but not watching calories. I think I am doing good. I have been having wrist issues. I think it might be athritus. Some curls & Push ups are very painful. KEEP BRINGING IT!

Hey guys......I did fall off the wagon. Not because I wanted to, but I was so sick for almost 2 weeks with an Upper Respiratory infection and some kind of awful flu virus. Needless to say, I had to put my workouts on hold because I was so fatigued and simply couldn't breathe well enough.
I was doing so well, seeing results and ready to switch up the routine at 30 days....big bummer, but now I'm just going to restart from the beginning on August 1st. I'm going to get through the program.....I could tell in just those 30 days that it works!

Had 2 good days on the trot. I feel its only a handful of days that I have deviated and cheated.
I feel like i'm back on form now though.

Still going strong
Did Plyo tonight and was my best Plyo performance by far.
I have been weighing myself more often as I got a little upset the other day when I weighed myself for first time in 40 odd days.
Anyhow, today I made it sub 16 stone ... 15 13 to be precise.
Was a good landmark as in all my previous diet atempts in last 5 years haven't gone sub 16.
Still need to keep bringing it.
I'm away on August 31st ... so am gunning for 14.5 stone.

Hi fellow june 1sters.
I've been away of the board for a while now, but no worries, we are still pushing play.
Just to give an update since day 30. My weight loss is stable, i am still losing but i am loosing less.
Starting was 174 lbs and i am now around 158 lbs, which is a 16 lbs loss.
Concerning the BF%, the first measure was winda scary (maybe the impedance system is not calibrated) 34-41% at day 1 and i am now down to 20-22%. Still some distance to go for the results i want to achieve.
Next picture time will be on Sunday for the End of Phase 2 mark.
Concerning the diet, we switched to a 5-6 meals plan
26g prot per meal and meal not exceeding 310 cal for a total of 156g protein and 1860 cal per day. We are still in line with the P90X nutrition guide but so many things were bugging me in that guide...
(bottom line, we switched from lots of vegetable to less vegetable and more whole wheat products)
I completely drop the turkey bacon (too much fat) and I try to avoid foods with more than 10% calories coming from fat. (Not counting red meat once in a while, chicken and Fish).

Great to hear a few of us are still pushing play.
We're still in it as well. Although yoga about did me in last night. I almost died from boredom. I'm just not going to get this workout. I won't miss it when this is done.
Great to hear about the BF % loss. I must say I have only lost 1 lb, but my BF has got to be down 5-8%. Which makes a difference.
Hope everyone else is doing well.
