Just finished Core Syn. Still a great workout. I know, I know, I will do the Yoga. I am just not psyched enough yet.

Sorry to hear about the woes there bear. Get better first then get stronger.

Knocked out some Core Syn yesterday morning since we havent done any PT at work due to the recent Ice Storms, I needed to get the blood going. Last night I did XStretch as I cant stand Yoga at the moment. I think once I get some more flexibility I wont mind it as much. This morning I was going to do Legs/Back but decided against it as we are going to run 5-6 miles. I would probably be suckin.I just knocked out some KenpoX to wake me up before I head off to work. Currently down to 190 from 201 at day 1. PRetty stoked!

Keep on bringin it!

Don't get off dude!!! stick with it, I know it's very hard but don't give up! I have given up before after the 4th week and I regret it till this day If you must stop doing it, good luck with whatever you choose to do and I hope you succeed.

nitsy - good luck with the new program. Don't give up on the 90 though. Shoot for your target, hit it, then come on back. My first time through I had to drop off as well. Just wish I didn't wait quite so long to get back on. Bound and determined to make it this time.

Just did legs and back. Pull ups again after wednesday - whew. Gotta go to son's bball game and outta juice so I will be doing ARX tomorrow with a cardio workout. Rain, rain, rain here. Had enough.

Hey guys and gals from the Jan 4 group - I'm still on board!

I've just been posting in the daily log section more often than here. I had to track down this thread.

I have missed a few workouts. Generally it's going OK. I'm losing a lot of inches and feel better. Quite a bit stronger. Especially my legs.

I've been eating pretty good. I've been trying for the 50/30/20 which I've found difficult most of the time. I'm allergic to whey so I have to eat tons of chicken, tuna, and venison to even come close to 200-250 grams of protein.

I have a week of working from home - 9 days in a row that I can workout and really watch my nutrition - before I have to fly out of town again (where it is much more difficult because I'm operating on other peoples' schedules)

@LuckeyBear - I think you should just stay on the same schedule rather than starting over. Don't worry about it. Just jump back in where you're at. Do you have a list of the workouts by day?

Less thinking, more doing...

Great job everyone!

Yeah Monday.. I am going to keep recovering this weekend since I am still not sleeping well and slightly sick. Not to sick to work out but I have had a problem with infections in the past and I don't want my sinus infection to blossom into something more..

I am planning on stretching tmrw and then just jumping back in Monday. Well just hope everyone is still working hard and sticking to it more so then me..

Btw I am still sticking 100% to the diet and the fat is still dropping off. I honestly need to work out and refirm up but as far as the excess fat goes. Can definately tell a big difference in the quantity of it.

Well I'm still pressing play

I have had problems with my internet, so I could not post, everything is still on track for me, and I intend to finish this round of p90x.

I have made one slight change to my program, I have swapped kenpo with intervals x, from the plus series. For some reason I just dont get anything out of kenpo and the intervals x routine give me much more of a burn.

The diet is going well, just a few stumbles here and there! I have actually gained a few pounds on the scales, but I feel much leaner and I'm seeing some good gains in my muscles.

well done so far everyone, and get pressing play.

Paul

I'm still here as well.... Yesterday wasn't too good. But after being a Saints fan for 20 years....20 years of suffering might I say lol...I figured I could go ahead and indulge a little

I didn't do Yoga X yesterday and I ate like a pig, but today I'm back on track. Gonna go do my legs and back right now

I'm still kicking it to the P90X. I missed Yoga Saturday and I was dragging my feet through legs and Back on Sunday, but I've been on track otherwise. Nutrition is still going nicely, and I think I'm gonna start on phase 2 of that now. It will be weird to have some more carbs in my diet. I'm gonna miss all the tuna, cottage cheese, and chicken breast by the ton .

Has everyone seen the same weight loss going into phase 2 of the nutrition? I've been very happy with losing a pound or so per week and I'd like to keep that up until the end of the program if possible. I'm finally below 150lbs for the first time since high school which is great, but I'd like to hit 140lbs by the end.

i don't seem to follow the diet much. I'm not eating too bad but don't seem to be able to stick to it and get enough calories. I look better tho and people have noticed so I'm happy. Missed legs n back and kenpo but did five mike run o compensate kenpo. Back into the swing of tri shoul and chest tomorrow. Don't know what to expect at the end. I've got holiday from Saturday so just trying not to fall out if sync till I start week 7 when I ge back. Still I'm sure I'll see some change.

I'm back on track. I am still a week behind I guess. I started with Phase 2 today. I will add a week and just bypass that recovery week from two weeks ago. Hope everyone is working hard. I feel beat up today after not working out for a solid two weeks. So I am going to try and keep moving so I feel better and maybe throw in a pushup routine tonight.

Sounds like a lot of folks had a bad weekend. Well, me too. Ate out one night and had desserts both Saturday and Sunday, with a lot of junk apetizer type foods for the superbowl plus drinks. I weanied out halfway through Kenpo on Sunday. Made up friday's ARX on Saturday. Gained back three pounds that I had lost last week so I got up and did cardio x this morning. Just finished chest, tri and shoulder + ARX so I hope I will get back on track. Tennis tonight and hope my arms work. I am going to try and get in extra cardio this week for my misdeeds and try to eat a little less to compensate.

Glad to see everyone at least making up to stay on track. Keep pushing play

Legs and Back was a killer today But I did see some improvements.... I gained 12 more total pull ups from week 3 so I was happy with that. I'm pretty focused again and not craving the junk foods that i had yesterday, which is good Keep it up guys, soon we will be at that 60 day mark and then next thing you know we will be at day 90, can't wait for that

Funny as it may seem, I prefer yoga over legs and back. Cheesed early on legs and back friday. It also, has to do with my dog decided to do remix of the dvd on the floor. So, the last 20 mins were scratched up and no ARX. I need a find a another way. Chest,Shoulder & Tri's- done. Much better than last week. still can't do the one hand push ups. The toughest part of P90X, is the diet. Going to vegas, this weekend. Certainly, need to watch my diet.

Good to hear you are back Lucky Bear.

Keep Pressing Play!!

mnkrishna12 - try contacting beachbody. If it has not been too long they may replace the dvd for free. I had one go bad and they replaced it then I did sign up for the replacement policy. I also made backup copies in case that happens and also for when I travel. Good luck. Yep on the one handers. All done on my knees. He should move that up closer to the front of the routine. No fair working in max reps and then pulling the old one hander out late in the game. Enjoy Vegas. Watch out for the buffets.

Hey guys I've been pushing play since Jan 4th also, haven't had time to post on the forums but I've been reading them weekly keep up the good work! My progress is great I've gone from 5'11 202 pounds down to 184 after 30 days but I also feel a lot better and have been sticking to the nutrition plan great except for about 3 cheat days. Couldn't do ARX today as I feel sick however I'll do it after plyo tomorrow oh boy.
Keep Pushing Play!

Haha.. I'm like first week sore again. I slept in a few hrs today just from being sore. I really did not want to get up. I am dreading tomorrow since the day after plyo I can barely walk. Not to mention we are about to get a good foot of snow so I'm sure I'll be out and about in that. Love it.. Hope everyone is having a great week and keep pushing play!
