I'm with you Tom. Day 2 of the 2nd week. It's 11:46 PM CST and I just finished Plyo. Killer workout. Coming here to the forums is really motivational especially looking at the before and after pics.

Hey all - It's been a few weeks since I last posted.

I finished the first 2 weeks strong and felt great.

I then went on my honeymoon ( cruiseship ) and attemped to stick with the program while on Vacation. I didn't succeed with the workouts well.
I did "workout" daily - walking / pushups /lifting / swimming / hiking / etc anytime I got the chance to do so. Of course there was less than great eating habits and alcohol but it was my honeymoon.

All and all I came back and gained no weight. I deciced to repeat week 3 to get my body back into the groove and have returned to healthy eating habits, and a daily walk. I already am starting to feel better.

So I go a little sidetracked but there is no reason, other than ones I make up, that I can't continue and succeed.

Today is Yoga.

Thanks, pictures next week!

You've definitely lost weight! I can see the change in your face and neck. Your muscles are bigger too! Looks like you gain and lose weight evenly, so sometimes it might be harder to see the difference, but you're making great progress! I'll have to post my pictures next week, I am in Recovery Week Phase 1.

Ya the weight has started to come off - I am reallly making sure I hit the ab ripper hard. I only completed maybe 5-6 rounds of it - where I should have done 12+ by the time the first pictures came out. I am looking forward to my next round of pictures to see this improvement. Gotta keep pushing and believing.
