a little pre=conditioning 11 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Just got the program in the mail last night, and going to start on monday.

However, I know that my weakest spot on my body is my abs, so I decided to take today and do one round of the ab ripper x. gives me sunday to rest, and monday starting to classic program.

That was intense. I had to pause half way through it so I could be able to sit up at the end

I think the Ab ripper is the toughest part for me, I could barely stand up at the end of it

Hey bschwartzberg,

You may want to review my top 20 FAQs before starting the program. Look at my signature.

that's exactly the reason I did that. Knowing what to expect on the workout that I'm going to have the hardest time with.

I am at the end of week 12 and I pause the video MANY TIMES. I have strong abs, but I've decided that it's better to take a little extra time to get to the required reps (if I'm able to), than stick with their time frame and then come up with less reps because I'm slow. Plus sometimes I just need a breather. 1 pause is great. Keep it up!
