i'm 19 years old and out of shape and i have just finished the first week of p90x, i've modified the workout routine a bit due to my muscles being quite sore but my main concern is that my metabolism has sky rocketed (i'm guessing because of my age). Do i stick to the fat burner stage or should i add a little bit more intake? because i am finding it very hard to stick to this diet when i feel hungry all the time.

If your goal is to lose weight, stick to it.
If you have carbs, stick to low glycemic carbs (google it) they will help curve your appetite. Also, go crazy with water. |
