hello everyone, my husband and I started the classic version last month and we are in our recovery week.
We were thinking about switching to the lean version-starting block 2. Is that something we can do after we started classic version?
Or do you recommend staying with the classic once you start it?

My first question is why you want to switch versions? A lot of us here refer to the lean version as P90X lite.
If you insist on switching, I would recommend starting at the beginning of the program, from Day 1. Of course, I also don't recommend switching to the easier version, but that's just me.

We wanted to lose more weight. We understand the lean version is for weightloss.

Thanks for your answer. I am NOT starting over!!!! We will stick to the classic version!

the lean version is NOT for weight loss. stick with classic. you need both resistance training and cardio to effectively lose weight. whats more important would be to watch your nutrition.

review this sticky post before you switch:
